PLEASE READ!


If you refuse to pay the remaining balance of the model or never contact me again for any reason, the model will become my possession and I reserve the right to sell the model.
I never have needed to do this and hope I never have to, I will always go out and beyond to contact the owner of the model before claiming ownership.

I will NOT copy other artists work!  Don't even ask. I will not deliberately copy any artists work, they reserve their right to their own piece as I do mine.

Disclaimer

I do not allow my original sculptures to be altered and reproduced by anyone other than myself. My artwork is a copyrighted integrity and to remove my painting (on OOAK models) or alter my design for reproduction is a violation of copyright, and VARA law.
